Founded in 1978, Jubilant Organosys Ltd., a composite pharmaceuticals industry player, is the largest custom research and manufacturing services (CRAMS) company and a leading active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) company in India. We also undertake development and supply of finished dosage form through our subsidiary in Europe. We have two other subsidiary companies in India – Jubilant Biosys Ltd. for bio / chemo informatics databases for drug discovery companies and Jubilant Clinsys Ltd. for clinical research.

The Company delivers products and services to the global life sciences industry by leveraging its R&D expertise, knowledge-driven operations and global scale manufacturing capacities. It is headquartered in Noida, near New Delhi, with 2003-04 gross sales of US $275 million and approximately 2,300 employees.
